From the initial phone conversation with the Decorative Expressions team to my many subsequent phone calls with all kinds of questions, I am constantly impressed and astonished with what excellent service, and kindness the Team exhibits. I was so shocked at the initial meeting to see such well put together sample boards and the options - OH MY GOSH - it was nothing like the "sponging" that other people had shown me. It is beautiful ART - all over my house.
A project that started out to be just one focus wall has now evolved into an project entering our FIFTH room. I am so pleased with the craftsmanship, skill, professionalism, kindness and patience that the EVERYONE at Decorative Expressions has shown to my family. My husband doesn't want to hang some of the things we used to have on our walls, because he can't stand to cover up such amazing work.
We didn't just hire them to create the beautiful walls, but also to help with window treatments, flooring, rugs, art, etc. Throughout the entire process they have been SO professional and a joy to work with. I'll have to keep thinking of new projects, just to keep them around.
How did we survive with white walls for so long??? How did we survive without Decorative Expressions??? The best decision we've made for our home is hiring the great people at Decorative Expressions.

I REALLY WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WONDEFUL AND OUT OF THE ORDINARY!!!! FROM OUR INITIAL CONSULTATION DECORTIVE EXPRESSION WAS SO EASY TO WORK WITH!!! THEY REALLY LISTENED TO ME AND WHAT I REALLY WANTED !!!! THEY ENCOURAGED ME TO BE APART OF IT, IT WAS AWESOME!!! I HAD NEVER SEEN SUCH FABULOUS ART WORK DONE IN PAINT!!! THEIR PORTFOLIO WAS FILLED WITH FABULOUS FAUX DESIGNS AND SO MUCH MORE!!! DECORTIVE EXPRESSION WORKED WITH MY PROJECT FULL-CIRCLE .FROM INTERIOR DESIGN TO HELPING ME SELECT EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO CREATE MY NEW HOME!!!! THEY MADE THINGS EASY AND FUN!!!!!!!!! My experience working with Decorative Expressions has been extremely positive. I was hesitant and quite frankly, frightened, of utilizing an interior designer. It was, after all, brand new to me. But, I knew I needed the help, because I simply do not have that 'decorating' flare. I have enough to get by, but I wanted more. So my search for an interior designer began. I was fearing the worst, for I heard the stories of exorbanant cost and aloof attitudes about interior designers. I was lucky! I found Joanna, Russ and Linda. I started with a design consultation. Wow, right from the beginning, I felt they understood me and my family and provided suggestions that completely matched our style. They were creative, as well as patient when I asked my many questions. I was so amazed and so excited to move forward with my remodeling activities!
I really appreciated the respect that they had for my time. I am extremely busy, so it is important to me that appointments are kept and estimates returned in the timeframe promised. No problems there, A+ grade. They were available and responsive to the additional questions I had. And most importantly, they were flexible. Flexible to work with my personal 'do-it-yourself' style and respective of working within my time allowances and budget. Before I knew it, my personal faux painting class was complete and my living room transformed. The advanced faux techniques were completed by Decorative Expressions and turned out beautifully. I couldn't ask for more.
The remodeling process takes time, but in the first 2 months, I already have plenty to show off. I feel like we have already developed a partnership with Decorative Expressions. I look forward to working on my project together as I continue on with my remodeling journey.
